1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Hardline (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Hardline, operated by Aditya Bhattacharyya ("we," "us," or "our"), governing your use of the Hardline mobile application for iOS.

2. Description of the Service

Hardline is a mobile application that reviews calisthenics training form from a video you record yourself and select from your photo library. It provides:

• Video analysis — you select a clip; the App uploads still frames from it, or the clip itself, to our analysis service, which passes it to a third-party AI model. You receive a written verdict, identified strengths, ranked form faults with a corrective cue for each, a graded assessment across several criteria, and a training plan.
• Skill tracking — the skills you choose to work on, and progress derived from your saved verdicts.
• A saved library of your past analyses, stored on your device.

Three things about how this works are material, and you should understand them before you subscribe:

• Your footage leaves your device. Analysis is performed by a third-party AI model on our behalf, not on your phone. See Section 6 and the Privacy Policy.
• Assessments are qualitative, not measured. The App does not count reps, time holds, or measure joint angles. It does not use pose estimation. Grades are bands — a judgement expressed in words — produced by an AI model looking at your footage. There is no ruler behind them.
• A network connection is required. There is no offline analysis and no on-device fallback. If the service cannot answer, the App tells you the analysis is unavailable rather than producing a substitute.

There is no live or real-time coaching session in this version of the App, and the App does not record video.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18 (or the applicable age of majority in your jurisdiction), you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the App.

By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. We do not knowingly provide the App to anyone under the age of 13.

4. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on a device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
