1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using AuraMax (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AuraMax, operated by Aditya Bhattacharyya ("we," "us," or "our"), governing your use of the AuraMax mobile application.

2. Description of the Service

AuraMax is an iOS application that helps users track body transformation through:

• Weekly photo check-ins — one front-facing photo per week
• Aura Score — a single overall 1–10 score generated by an AI provider from your photo and profile, refreshed each week
• Focus-area guidance — textual feedback and status indicators on body areas you choose to track (arms, core, shoulders, chest)
• 12-week projection — an estimated future Aura Score based on your goal and trajectory
• AI-generated potential image — an illustrative "In 6 Months" image generated from your onboarding photo
• Share cards and before/after reels — exportable progress visualizations with on-device face-blur

The App uses a Cloudflare Worker proxy to forward requests to its AI provider (currently OpenAI). The App also uses PostHog for anonymous product analytics (see Section 6A).

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18 (or the applicable age of majority in your jurisdiction), you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the App.

By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. We do not knowingly provide the App to anyone under the age of 13.

4. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on a device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
